In both hands he's holding swords the length of half his body.
His expression is frightening, even eerie.
Starrk asks him,

Raikage – To think you were able to wound me when I have this Raiton chakra covering me. That technique must be the same as Hatake Kakashi’s…
雷影サスケをつかみくるっと反転させ　これで終わりだ！！と
雷我爆弾！！（ライガーボム）（すさまじい威力を見せたいのか２ページ強にわたってボム）
Raikage then seems to grab Sasuke, turn him upside down and say, “This is the end!! Raiga Bomb!!” (*The spoiler writer comments that this technique takes up over 2 pages, possibly because Kishimoto wants to show just how powerful it is) ----Translator comment: I think the Raiga Bomb is supposed to be a wrestling move similar to a Power Bomb where you pick your opponent up and slam him body/head first into the ground

Sasuke attacks Raikage with Amaterasu, but is easily avoided by Raikage, moving with speeds higher than the shunshin no jutsu. Sasuke, not even being able to keep up with the Raikage with his Sharingan, goes on the defensive. Sasuke uses the bones of the incomplete Susanou to act as a barrier around him, though it seems as though he cannot attack through the bones with Amaterasu…

*Then Raikage hits Sasuke with a furious Backhand Chop

ダルイ　　左腕をくれてやるとは雷影様！！
Darui – Way to give it to him with your left arm, Raikage-sama!! (*Could imply that Raikage is not messing around when he hits with his left arm)

おもいっきり吹っ飛ばされダウンするサスケに雷影が　止めだ！！　とジャンプした所で　
Sasuke goes flying and is on the ground when Raikage tells him that this is the end and then leaps into the air…

Well looks like someone's trolling the thread...
The chapter starts back a bit to explain how they got there.

The Marine ship Luffy and co were on rides the waves created by Whitebeard.
Aokiji freezes the wave, and the ship is left on top of it.
The den-den mushi communications kick in, and they hear about the plan to execute Ace early

Luffy tells everyone they need to work together to get out of this ice
Buggy says he feels like he can do anything if he tries.
The Buggy follower pirates: There's nothing Captain Buggy can't do!!
That's when the ice breaks.

Directly below them happend to be ocean, right next to Whitebeard.

Both Love and Rose release, Rose's shikai is a whip which has a golden tipped rose

Love continuously takes on countless explosions from the wolves.
Emerging from the explosion Love says: What the hell is this? This is done with ceros?

Stark: They're something like ceros. Anyway, you know you guys have not gotten much damage yet

This is the ability of Starrk(Furuneemu) and Lilinette(Furuneemu)
The wolves surround Rose and Love in a huge explosion. Sending on the verge of death.

Stark: Why not surrender? The moment Aizen descends from the sky and steps on the ground....
From behind, Stark gets stabbed straight through the heart.

Ooh, even more little tidbits!

Rose's Shikai is Kinshara (金沙羅). Its release call is "play (奏でろ kanadero).

"Play" is as in "an instrument playing." Kinshara is "golden shala," the shala (also written sal, shaal) is a tree of south Asia; one legend has it that it was under one of these shala that Buddha was born. The Japanese rending shara (written with the characters "sand-gossamer") are apparently just phonetic.

The technique it uses, "Kinshara Eleventh Sonata" (金沙羅奏曲第十一番 Kinshara Soukyoku Daijuuichiban), is called Izayoi Bara (十六夜薔薇 "sixteen-night rose"). The spoilers say he strikes the tip of the whip in the direction of his opponent, seems to strike the whip like a piano's keys, and the tip of the whip causes an explosion (with a "?" next to "explosion").

Bara can also be written shoubi. Izayoi is usually taken to mean "sixteen-day-old moon."

At the bottom, he says that he doesn't think the blade that stabbed Starrk's belonged to that "Nnoitra-looking kid," which I suppose means Wonderweiss.
