This is where Itachi comes into play. I would really love it to see Itachi training Naruto in noticing and breaking out of Genjutsus. But there is no time for training.
I think. Or, like someone mentioned before, it is possible to train Naruto under the effect of Tsukuyomi in an instant. The result would be that Naruto is able to break out of Sharingan based Genjutsus. I would laugh to see Madaras and/or Sasukes confused faces.
