I can see Zoro having an eye technique, maybe even fuzed with haki, but it will not be anything similar to other mangas.. Probably it'll allow him to cut through nearly anything and also analyze the materials to be cut, like Hawkeye does, and not much
It would be kinda cool though, atleast in my opinion, cause Oda will surely make it unique to One Piece, and it won't give any feeling towards Fairy Tale or Naruto etc.
